Since 2003, British Columbia’s Office of Patient-Centred Measurement has conducted surveys that ask patients their views about the performance of British Columbia’s health system.

British Columbians have told us a lot about the quality and safety of their healthcare and the healthcare services provided in our province. Listening to the voices of our patients helps us to learn more about areas where we are doing well, as well as where we need to improve.

Whether you are a patient who has received an invitation to complete a survey or you are interested in the impact that the rich information collected from British Columbians has had on improving the quality of patient care in our province, you have landed in the right place to learn more about our patient experience and quality of life surveys.
